SquaredUp asked me for help in creating a standardised format for interviewing and writing up their in-depth case studies.
They wanted to include technical details in their long-form case studies that would help other prospects identify with the case study example and would provide real-life use cases around their product.
So, I provided interview questions to ask their customers and a Word template for creating their case studies. Plus, I supported the team by writing up several of their case studies from recorded interviews with their customers.
