I’m in my element when chatting with experts to get the inside story on a topic (their passion rubs off in my writing). I love researching the knotty details of a niche topic to deliver an expert piece of writing. And I write with more purpose when I can see where each piece of writing sits in the bigger picture; so you can get me involved in strategy and planning.

My experience
I’ve got a decade of copy and content experience under my belt across agencies, in-house, and freelance; B2B and B2C; for enterprise software companies and luxury apparel. Today, I specialise in writing about B2B technology because it’s got an exciting future, and you’re part of that!
My clients are located all over the world – Europe, US, Australia – but you’ll find me typing away in my home office, just north of London, UK, probably with a cup of Yorkshire tea or a herbal infusion in hand.

I studied how to preserve endangered languages and create writing systems for unwritten languages for my MA.
I have actually read a whole dictionary - I helped edit the English section of a trilingual dictionary in China as work experience.
I love working with young people and ran a youth group at my church for many years.
I have a deep love for the sea. Swim, surf, sail, paddle…I’ll take any excuse to get on or in the water.
Once upon a time, I was pretty good at Ultimate Frisbee and came third in the UK & Ireland with my university women’s team.
I’m endlessly curious and find almost anything interesting! (It's just a shame my interests never seem to be useful in the pub quiz.)
